Much of Neptune's money comes from boarders not of the equine kind, but the human. Kids from 13 to 20 can rent a cabin for the summer, and use all of Neptune's facilities and charges for free. Please keep in mind that, while the facility is coed, the rooms themselves are strictly single-sex!
